CAVEATS

If any legal entity (which includes any individual) is apprehensive that court action may be taken against them and that the other party might seek an interim order from the court without that entity being allowed to speak against it, it is possible to lodge a caveat at court. The caveat lists the orders the caveator wants to avoid being made and asks the court to contact the caveator in the event that such an application is made.

The firm acts in accordance with any instruction to lodge a caveat on the day it receives the instruction.
